Volcano Bay will replace Wet &#8216;n Wild as Universal Orlando&#8217;s water park, and it will be the first constructed by Universal Orlando itself. The park, themed around a 200-foot-tall (61 m) volcano named &#8220;Krakatau&#8221;, is scheduled to open on May 25, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<br \/>\nWet &#8216;n Wild Orlando is a water park located at Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. You also can purchase disposable cameras, Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen, and just about anything else you might need for a day in the sun.<br \/>\n&#8211; Lockers and towels are available to rent for a nominal fee. Restrictions apply.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Coolers are welcome, but alcoholic beverages and glass containers may not be brought into the park. Wet \u2018n Wild reserves the right to limit size and quantity of \u201cpicnic baskets\u201d and coolers.<br \/>\n&#8211; Appropriate bathing suits are required on all rides. All apparel is subject to lifeguard approval.<br \/>\n&#8211; T-shirts: T-shirts are allowed to be worn in the park and on most of the rides. T-shirts are prohibited on single person thrill rides such as The Bomb Bay, Der Stuka or Storm.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cover-ups\/Board shorts: Cover-ups and board shorts are allowed in the park and on most of the rides. Please note that cut-offs or items with metal fasteners, rivets, zippers and buckles are prohibited.<br \/>\n&#8211; Water shoes: Water shoes are allowed to be worn in the park and on most of the rides. Water shoes are prohibited on single person thrill rides such as The Bomb Bay, Der Stuka, The Blast, The Flyer, The Black Hole\u2122: The Next Generation or The Storm.<br \/>\n&#8211; You may leave and re-enter the park during your visit, however an admission ticket will be required for each re-entry.<br \/>\n&#8211; Wheelchairs are permitted in the park.<br \/>\n&#8211; Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.<br \/>\n&#8211; Wet \u2018n Wild has no facilities for pets.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Wet \u2018n Wild is fully staff with certified lifeguards.<br \/>\n&#8211; Life vests are available in a variety of sizes at no charge. All children 48\u201d and under are required to wear a US Coast Guard approval flotation device while swimming in the Lazy River, Surf Lagoon, Mach 5, or Wake Zone area.<br \/>\n&#8211; You do not need to rent a tube in order to experience any of the attractions.
